By requesting services from cameronwyles.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (“Client”) and cameronwyles.com, herein referred to as “Service Provider”, for all services provided, including but not limited to electronic repairs, IT services, digital design, consulting, and product sales.
2. Definitions
- Device: Any item brought in for repair or service.
- Estimate: Non-binding price quote based on preliminary inspection.
- Client: The individual or entity requesting services.
- Service Provider: cameronwyles.com, its employees, contractors, or representatives.
3. Scope of Services
We provide the following services:
- Repair Services: Diagnostic and repair of phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, and game consoles.
- IT Services: Troubleshooting, installations, malware removal, network setup, and custom builds.
- Digital Services: Web design, hosting, automation integration, SEO setup.
- Consulting: Business workflow automation, inventory systems, CRM design, and AI integrations
Service-specific scope may be detailed in separate service-level agreements (SLAs) or invoices.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and device information.
- Backup your data prior to service.
- Promptly pay for services rendered.
- Refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer proprietary solutions or automation setups.
Failure to comply may delay service or void warranty coverage.
5. Pricing, Payments & Estimates
- All pricing is subject to change until a final invoice is issued or final price is directly stated.
- Estimates are valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due upon completion of service, unless a stated otherwise.
– Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit, PayPal, CashApp, or other agreed-upon methods.
6. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Some services are subject to part availability or unexpected complications.
7. Parts & Warranty
- We use OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts depending on availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Repair services come with a 30-day limited warranty covering part defects or installation error.
- Physical or liquid damage, misuse, or third-party tampering will void the warranty.
Refurbished/resold items are covered by a 7-day functional guarantee unless otherwise stated.
8. Data, Privacy & Liability
- We are not responsible for data loss, including personal files, photos, or software.
- It is your responsibility to back up your data prior to service.
- We do not share or sell your personal information.
In no event shall cameronwyles.com be liable for any loss of profit, data, or consequential damages arising from services rendered.
9. Limitations of Service
We reserve the right to:
- Decline service for any reason (e.g., device is unsafe, illegal, or excessively damaged).
- Refuse repairs that may cause further damage without a liability waiver.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations before work begins incur no fee.
- Cancellations after parts are ordered may incur a restocking fee.
- Refunds are only provided in cases of:
- Service failure within warranty.
- Prepaid services not initiated due to provider error.
Refunds will not be given for “change of mind” after work is completed or part is installed.
11. Dispute Resolution
You agree to first attempt resolution via email or direct contact before pursuing third-party claims. Legal claims will be handled in the jurisdiction of Louisiana, USA.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified via the website or email when applicable. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the new terms.
